Reason: 1. Correct understanding of the differences between family education in China and America and the causes. As there are many differences between China and America in terms of cultural traditions, sense of concept and social customs. The reason of analyzing the difference of family education between the two countries is the prerequisite for our country to draw lessons from the advanced educational idea of America.
2. Look for and learn from America#8217;s a more reasonable way of family education. There are many differences between family education modes in China and America. Finding the best combination point in the differences can draw lessons from the rational family education mode in America to help improve the family education in China.
3. Improve China''s entire education system. A comparative study of the differences in family education between China and America can effectively improve the entire education system.

1. The domestic research on Sino-American family education
In recent years, many scholars in our country have also participated in the comparative study on the differences of family education between China and America. Zhang Wei proposed that 'because of the differences in social systems, cultural backgrounds and educational purposes between China and America, it also brings about a difference in the concept of family education of children. Family education, school education and social education constitute the three major forces of education. However, family education can never be replaced by school education and social education. It is an important part of education and the beginning and foundation of children''s education.
Zhang Xiao Liang proposed that 'there are many differences between China and America in family education due to many differences in cultural traditions, sense of concept, life style and social customs.
